By accessing or using any part of the SwipeDigi website, applications, landing pages, online forms, or related services—including SMS and voice communications (collectively, the "Services")—you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SwipeDigi ("SwipeDigi," "we," "our," or "us") may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Program Description: Transactional and marketing SMS alerts that may include account/service confirmations, updates, promotional offers, and customer‑support notices.

Rejoin: Re‑subscribe via our website or by texting "START" to the same number.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwipeDigi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions remain in effect.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE
